THE FINAL SOLUTION AT A GLANCE

Our final project of the Spring 2021 semester had us once again working alongside the Bureau of Land Management to create a new experience within the Bears Ears National Monument. With this project I chose to challenge myself in finding ways I could improve on one of my favorite public land activities; hunting. My final solution was to design public use shelters for hunters that would be scattered throughout the hunting zones within the monument. The goal was to provide a private land hunting experience to the public land hunter through convenience, and give hunters the opportunity to explore further into Bears Ears for longer periods of time.
